Conviction to the point of tears…..

I just saw the new christian based movie “Courageous.” It was very moving and soul stirring. It brought conviction to my life to the point of tears. I will never be the same. I am challenged like never before to invest in my family and friends!!

One week from tonight I will be hosting another Iron Man Conference in Gainesville,TX. The movie has stirred some things in my heart to share with the IRONMEN OF GOD who will be attending this event. It is not too late if you are still interested in coming. Love to have you!

Upcoming Iron Man Retreat….

I am really looking forward to the upcoming Iron Man Retreat in Gainesville,TX. on Oct. 28-29. This is my third one to host this year and as it looks now, it will be the biggest. I am believing God to speak to and sharpen men of God who come together for a weekend to pursue Him! Thank you to the churches who are attending and the pastors who have promoted it. If you cannot attend, will you please pray for us. Blessings!!

Great time at Georgia church…

I just returned from Warner Robins, Ga. It was my first visit to this great church….1st Assembly of God. Nine people gave their hearts to the Lord and we had a great come back crowd on Sunday evening. It was an honor to partner with Pastor Mark Merrill and this great church.

Well, just like many of you, our kids are back to school this week. I am praying over all our students as they return to the mission field called the “public school.”

Love raising funds for…..

I just returned from a great Missions Conference in Las Cruces, N.M. We were able to raise thousands of dollars to help our missionaries as well as have 17 people accept the Lord in to their lives. What a win/win for me and the ministry. We love seeing people come to Christ!! I also love helping our missionaries stay on the field and supporting our work in the Ukraine as well. God was so good to us this past weekend! I am honored and humbled to work for Him!!

Dianna was able to make the trip with me. I love having her along. What a blessing she is to the churches when she is able to go. Thank you for your continued prayers and support! We are believing for a great finish to 2011 for the ministry!!

Back after a great time of R & R…

It has been a great time of rest and relaxation. It is the first time in 15 years I have taken 2 weeks off in a row. Awesome time for Dianna and I as well.

I am also excited to get back to ministry. I am about to head to the airport to . I am on my way to Dallas to be with my friend Roger Lewis in N. Richland Hills. Believing for a great time at Life Church this weekend.

Prayers are appreciated as we head in to the last half of 2011. GREAT things ahead!!

Halfway through 2011….

It hard to believe that the end of the month is halfway through the year. It is true…the older you get, the faster it goes.

I just had a board meeting and was really reflecting on the harvest of souls this year. The Lord is doing great things in our meetings and I am praying for greater the last half of the year. May the Lord find me faithful!!

I am leaving Tuesday with my family on a vacation. I am really looking forward to the rest and down time. We all need that. We will be gone 5 days, home 4 and then Dianna and I will leave for 4 more days of R & R. Love my time with her. She is a blessing to my life and minstry.

Tomorrow morning with Pastor Kelly Goins in Tulsa before we go. Looking forward to a great move of God there. Prayers appreciated!

Dodging tornadoes in central Arkansas…

I have been in Harrison,AR. this week and we have had tornadoes all around us all week. God has been good during the services but no doubt the storms affected the crowds some. I plan to head home tonight after the service….if the weather permits.

Dianna has a cousin who lost her home in Joplin, MO. Please pray for Aaron & Jenny Little as well as all the storm victums there. It has been a devastating time to say the least.

Men’s Conference in New Mexico…

I just finished the New Mexico district Men’s conference in ALbuquerque. What a great time with men of God….pursuing God! It was an honor to be a part of this event. Incredible testimonies already coming in.

I spoke today at Grace Outreach in Rio Rancho, N.M. with my friends Kent and Kim Barnard. Had seven people accept the Lord today. Great day. Head home in the morning. Jordan, my oldest, is graduating high school on Friday night. Looking forward to family coming in and a great time of celebration.

Please keep Dianna in your prayers, she has been fighting sickness for several days now. She wants to be well for graduation. Thanks!

GREAT start to 2011….

What a GREAT start to 2011 for Lynn Wheeler Ministries! I am so excited with the harvest of souls especially. Afterall, that is why we do what we do. I just got home from a meeting in Artesia, N.M. where 10 people accepted the Lord and the week before that in Terrell, TX., 63 people we born in to the Kingdom of God.

This ministry is hosting our first Iron Man Men’s Retreat April 29-30 in NE Oklahoma near the town of Miami. We have 2 more scheduled for 2011 and are believing this will become a big piece of our ministry pie. God is really giving us vision for men’s ministry! Your prayers are appreciated!

Dianna is well. With Jordan being a senior this year, she is currently busy with graduation “stuff.” She loves it though. I am blessed with a great wife!

Amazed by Gods Grace….

I just finished Sunday services in the central Oklahoma town of Mustang. Great weekend with nine people accepting the Lord as their Saviour. I continue to be amazed by Gods Grace. Our ministry has seen a great harvest in 2011 and I pray in continues. That is the main reason I do what I do!

Dianna is in a busy season. Jordan is a senior and that involves a lot of extras right now. She was able to travel with me to two meetings in March. I love it when she can be with me.
